Volunteering

Giving back to the community

PULS has a history of offering numerous volunteer activities throughout the school year to the Physiology student body. These opportunities range from volunteering at hospitals, homeless shelters, or interdepartmental student mentoring.

In addition to offering our time to help others, we also host numerous charity-oriented activities, such as holding auctions, food sales, as well as participating in events such as the Relay for Life.

For information about upcoming events and to learn about how you can get involved, please contact the PULS Charity Director.

Alvin Shrier Scholarship

PULS offers a $100 scholarship to a student in U1, U2, and U3 (3 total awards) for demonstrating their passion and involvement in the community via an essay of 500 words, where the $100 award goes to the winner’s charity of choice.
